e cell leader thingy .. i dunno if it works out for me and jap but hey its overall alrite lar... besides i dun really dat keen on teaching younger peeps.
No offense but really, i myself quite impatient. Ok Not really dat impatient but.... somehow dont feel like im ready to bring up lil children as my cell members . I think i could give it a try la to see during the trainings if i overall like it or not cuz like i now macham like holiday sia LOL sorry guys XD especially shan. =x

But really .. i feel dat i dun even know the lil young punks well enough to lead em .. but according to the instruction guide we got, (*There is an instruction guide? LOL !!*) cuz if anyhow lead ar ..LOL they are all gonners liao hahahaz... zzzzzzzz how how how ...
